Matthew D. Miller is an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Robert L. Goldstein.

Matthew earned his Juris Doctorate in May 2005 from the University of San Francisco (USF). In law school Matthew finished in the top 25% of his graduating class and served as the Technical Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Changes. He was also a member of the Mediation Clinic at USF where he worked as a mediator with the Superior Court of California and represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, majoring in History.
